Project Management IconIs your staff consumed with current projects, but you have a need for another hot project?

Do you need to share the responsibility of a critical project with a seasoned, experienced, top level project manager?

Does your internal staff need some hands on training and guidance working with a senior project manager to develop them into star performers?

Does your project management methodology need an experienced person to review and improve it?

We can help if you answered yes or were unsure how to answer any of these questions, or if you have other questions you're asking yourself about project management.

What We Do

As part of business process consulting, we do project management. We are skilled and experienced in all aspects of managing projects, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, to closing projects.

We are expert communicators with experience communicating and working with people in all levels of the organization. Our knowledge and experience transcends IT and project management, reaching deep into business, people management, HR and others helping us lead projects effectively.

Our IT domain knowledge spans various hardware and software environments such as:

  • HP unix, IBM pSeries and iSeries, DEC VAX (yes, that's an old one), PCs, Macs, integrating Mac in Windows environments, networking, wireless, thin clients, and handheld devices (scanners, PDAs, iPhone)
  • Web - php, scripting, MySQL, Oracle, Apache, Oblix, load balancing, and the basics too (html, servers, etc)
  • PeopleSoft, Cobol, RPG, Oracle Forms, and Lotus Notes to name a few.
  • Open source software solutions such as phpbb, Wordpress, Joomla, and others.

While domain knowledge isn't required (according the PMBOK®), it can reduce the reliance on subject matter experts (SMEs) when managing a project, such as when identifying risks.

So, let's grow IT. Click over to our contact information and give us a call to discuss how we can help develop or grow your IT project management.
