DawsonReed Meeting Facilitation

The art and science of facilitation is used in management, training, project leadership and so on. Our experience shows that using a facilitator in the right places helps organizations reach their goals.

A great facilitator controls the meeting process permitting the participants to focus on the content resulting in meetings staying on track and attaining their desired outcome.

Our Approach

We use group facilitation only where it make sense both for the project and the organization.

We have a purposeful approach that is different than some facilitators. We believe in keeping professional settings professional. There are some "activities" that are better left out of a professional environment. We don't use activities for the sake of it. If there's not a concrete outcome of using an activity, we don't do it.

We couple facilitation with a variety of other approaches to achieve desired outcomes. In some cases, one-on-one interviews or a stand up meeting may be more appropriate than a facilitated meeting. Ultimately, we tailor our approach to ensure success.

Application Areas

We have experience conducting several different types of facilitated meetings and workshops.  Some of these are:

  • Business Process Re-engineering
  • Joint Application Design (JAD)
  • Strategic Planning
  • SWOT Analysis and Planning
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Brainstorming Solutions and Opportunities
  • Project Planning
  • Project Training

We'd like to inspire your team with our demonstrated leadership. Contact DawsonReed to schedule a technical facilitated meeting.
