DawsonReed President Obtains PMP Credential

Pittsburgh, PA – DawsonReed announced today that their President and Principal Consultant, Scott Greenholt, obtained his PMP credentials on March 26th. Passing the exam for the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential indicates the experience and knowledge of Project Management Mr. Greenholt has attained in his career and brings to DawsonReed.

Mr. Greenholt is an expert at bridging the gap between Business Areas and Information Technology. For the past 19 years, he has held positions in both Business and IT improving business processes and developing enterprise process improvement solutions. 

He holds a Bachelors of Science degree with a double major in Mathematics and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He is involved in the Pittsburgh Chapters of both the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The PMP credential is an international exam that tests both the experience and knowledge of project management. The stringent applicatoin requirements include 4,500 hours of project management experience across the Project Management Process Groups in addition to meeting education requirements.
